Master Trainer and Industry Collaboration

To ensure the effectiveness of the programme, the Ministry has established a strong framework that includes collaboration with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and educational institutions. This includes the appointment of 300 master trainers with expertise in blockchain, artificial intelligence and cloud computing. These trainers will play an important role in developing HR programs and curriculum and imparting practical training.

    • The Ministry is committed to aligning the program outcomes with certification requirements and the broader economy.

Highlighting the government’s commitment to developing a skilled workforce for the digital age, the ministry has allocated Rs 2 lakh for the initial phase of the programme. On successful completion of the training, 2500 trainees will undergo internship in IT organizations for three months along with a monthly stipend to enhance their skills for real-world applications.
